Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the product planning, design, and iteration of the company's app, enhancing user experience and key business metrics;
Deeply understand user needs, analyze market trends, formulate product strategies, and drive implementation;
Design product features and interaction flows, write PRD documents, and collaborate closely with design, development, and testing teams to ensure high-quality delivery;
Continuously optimize products based on data analysis and user feedback to improve key metrics such as DAU, retention, and conversion rates;
Monitor industry trends, analyze competitors and user behavior, explore innovative product opportunities, and enhance market competitiveness;
Engage in cross-departmental communication and collaborate with operations, marketing, and technology teams to maximize product value.
Job Requirements:
5+ years of experience as an Internet product manager, with mandatory experience in ToC app products. Experience in 0 to 1 development or large-scale growth is preferred;
Strong product mindset with the ability to accurately identify user needs and translate them into effective product solutions;
Strong data analysis skills, proficient in using tools like SQL, Google Analytics (GA), and AppsFlyer;
Strong awareness of interaction design and user experience, with a keen eye for UI/UX details;
Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to independently lead the design and development of complex product modules;
Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively coordinate with technology, operations, and marketing teams to drive product implementation;
Stay updated on industry trends, with a sharp market sense and the ability to quickly respond to market changes;
Experience in social, e-commerce, or content apps is preferred;
Experience in growth hacking and commercialization is a plus;
Experience in AI, AIGC (Artificial Intelligence Generated Content), and recommendation algorithms is preferred.
