We seek a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to ensure the continued stability of our cleaning operations while spearheading our growth into construction services.

• Oversee and maintain the stability of the company’s cleaning services, ensuring operational excellence and consistent service quality.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction within the existing cleaning business.
• Develop and execute a long-term strategy for expanding into the construction sector, identifying new business opportunities and market entry points.
• Establish key industry partnerships and build relationships with stakeholders in both the cleaning and construction industries.

• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess the potential for construction-related services.
• Lead business development efforts to secure contracts in construction, including site maintenance, post-construction cleaning, and related facility services.
• Drive negotiations and secure agreements that align with the company’s long-term objectives.

• Ensure continued compliance with industry regulations, workplace safety standards, and sustainability best practices in both cleaning and construction sectors.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Monitor financial performance, optimize resource allocation, and oversee budget management for both cleaning and construction operations.

• Oversee the procurement of cleaning and construction materials, ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.
• Leverage existing supplier networks and resources to streamline procurement processes and improve supply chain management.
• Develop strategic partnerships with vendors and negotiate favourable contracts for raw materials, equipment, and services.

• Lead a high-performing management team, ensuring strong leadership across cleaning and construction divisions.
• Develop talent strategies to recruit, train, and retain skilled professionals in both industries.
• Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the company.

• Identify and integrate cutting-edge cleaning technologies and sustainable construction methodologies.
• Keep the company ahead of industry trends by continuously adapting to market needs and regulatory changes.
• Establish Hieff Services Pte. Ltd. as a leader in eco-friendly cleaning and a competitive player in the construction sector.

• Master’s Degree in any field (in Business Administration is a plus).
• 10-15 years of experience in company management and operations, with a proven track record in business development.
• Extensive experience and established resources in the procurement of cleaning and construction materials.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive growth and innovation.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and business associates).
