Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets, expand the customer base, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Train and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and present them to management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support product launches and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Experience required of 5-10 years.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective strategies.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
