Job Description

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and emerging trends, ensuring a proactive approach to lead generation.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate product value and address client pain points.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and forecast sales performance accurately.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field to ensure foundational business knowledge.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience in a competitive environment, showcasing a track record of success.
  • Experience in a specific industry relevant to the company, such as technology, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is highly desirable to cater to diverse customer bases.
  • Strong technical skills with familiarity in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite to manage sales processes efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and effectively convey information.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed strategic decisions.
