We are looking for highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our sales team in Saudi Arabia.
Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
Negotiate and close deals with customers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Analyze market trends and competitors to develop strategic sales plans.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
Education: Engineering degree or MBA in Sales/Marketing.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia.
Language: Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
License: A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
