Assisting Project Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure that the delivered products are consistent with SPA.

1. Monitoring architects’ programs from Building Plan Submission stage, Tender, SPA, until Construction stage according to MIP.
2. Building Plan Submission
   
   1. Ensure sufficient detail in architect’s drawings for submission to MPK/MPSA.
   2. Assist to co-ordinate consultants.
3. SPA drawing & specification
   
   1. Ensure consistent with BPA, Tender Drawings & Construction Drawings.
   2. Ensure sufficient detail for tender documentation.
   3. Assist to coordinate inter-departments and consultants.
4. Tender Drawings
   
   1. Ensure Tender Drawings tally with BPA, SPA & Specification during tender documentation stage.
   2. Ensure sufficient detail for construction.
   3. Assist to monitor the tender documentation programme.
   4. Assist to co-ordinate inter-departments and consultants.
5. Construction Drawings
   
   1. Ensure Construction Drawings tally with BPA, SPA & Specification before site possession.
   2. Ensure completed buildings consistent with SPA.
   3. Assist to monitor the construction drawing programmed.
   4. Assist to coordinate consultants and contractors / suppliers.
6. Support HOD in execution of environmental procedure within your department, development or project.
7. Drive environmental sustainability target/ KPI and report periodically to respective HOD.
8. To comply with applicable legal and other requirements.
9. To take responsibility to protect the environment and prevent pollution.
10. To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
11. Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Degree in Engineer/ Town Planning / Architecture / construction related discipline.

1. Good working knowledge of consultant’s method of working.
2. Working experience in dealing with authorities.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint & Project).
4. Proficient in communication and writing.
5. Self-confidence and team player.
