Your role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you are responsible for financial planning & analysis and account receivable related matters.

General ledger

• Participate in month end close review (Profit & Loss & balance sheet) to ensure accurate reporting and analysis of revenue & expenses
• Responsible for reporting deliverables such as monthly, quarterly reporting
• Work closely with GBS in ensuring smooth month-end close & day-to-day operation
• Prepare corporate reporting deliverables (ad hoc) & address queries
• Involve in budgeting and forecasting cycle by working closely with Commercial team and Financial Controller
• Support ad-hoc queries from the business (e.g. Commercial team, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.)
• Prepare financial performance analysis on variance between actual and forecast/budget for review with Financial Controller
• Monitor key accruals accounts to ensure balances are supported and valid
• Analyze financial data in a robust & timely manner to provide meaningful insights to drive improved financial performance
• Work in collaboration with shared service centre based in Manila
• Involve in finance improvement/initiative projects.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration with 3 years of experience
• Big four audit experience is preferred
• Experience with Hyperion reporting system is a plus
• Good knowledge of IFRS and local tax framework
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Eager to learn and proactive, with a positive hands-on attitude
