As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing campaigns that highlight our client's services. This role demands a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends. 1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the agency’s services.
2. Manage and optimize the agency’s online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and digital advertising.
3. Create engaging content for various marketing channels, such as blogs, newsletters, social media posts and ads, brochures, etc.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales strategies.
6. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, tracking performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
7. Manage SEO/SEM strategies to ensure high visibility in search engine results.
8. Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
2. Preferably 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a marketing agency.
3. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
4. Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
5. Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
6. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
