At iCodde, we are looking for an E-Commerce & Digital Coordinator who will drive a commercial and marketing action plan for digital channels, prioritizing Corporate E-Commerce and E-Retailers. The role involves identifying opportunities to enhance brand consideration, improve the user’s digital experience, attract quality traffic, drive sales growth, and explore new digital business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a commercial plan aligned to brand strategy focused on brand consideration and growth sales.
Execute a digital marketing plan to drive traffic and sales in Corporate EComm and e-retailers including pre-launches, newsletters, sweepstakes, etc.
E-commerce operations follow up: catalogue, pricing, payment methods, sales/orders, returns, working with operations to ensure timely shipments.
Growth sales and improve digital image on e-retailers having the campaigns, pricing and product catalogue updates.
E-merchandising excellence & localization for digital channels.
Support in business case preparations for new channels openings.
Keep an open line of communication with HQ ecommerce and digital teams.
Customer Service through phone or email replying to questions, complaints, etc.
Analyze and report business KPIs such as sales growth, average ticket value, conversion rate, and others for online sales.
Monitor current and emerging e-commerce trends utilizing web analytics and business tracking tools to maximize commercial impact of online and marketing activations.
Qualifications
Requirements and Experience:
Experience: 3 to 5 years in:
Magento
SAP (recommended)
Google Analytics & Google Data Studio
Payment gateways
Contact with companies specialized in fraud prevention and e-commerce
E-Commerce / Digital Marketplace
English advanced.
