What awaits you?

1. Steer the external service provider, manpower, uniform, planning, patrols, reports, etc.
2. Monthly invoicing of outsourced security and mail services
3. Ensure that all security staff are appropriately trained and certified before they work on site
4. Write, implement and maintain all security processes and procedures, measuring the performance of each making corrective actions, bringing improvements
5. Monitor and report all incidents which may impact on plant security internally
6. Follow all internal investigations with the aim of using this data to build a picture of risks and trends, with which to develop risk reduction strategies.

You should have:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, security management, risk management, criminology, or security studies.
2. Prior work engagement in police or military prior to work experience in industry.
3. 5+ years of experience in roles related to managing security for industrial sites
4. Passion for BMW vehicles.
5. Fluent business English.
