Responsibilities:

• Building relationships with both online and offline media
• Establishing connections with the local & national community (especially family, mom & kids)
• Developing and implementing PR strategies to enhance the organization’s image and visibility
• Monitoring media coverage and public perception, providing timely updates to management
• Analyzing the effectiveness of PR campaigns and providing recommendations for improvement
• Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, show, etc.) to align PR efforts with business objectives, as well as with stakeholders, including customers, investors, and the community
• Bringing community to internal gatherings and making programs to engage them
• Willing to work a 6-day arrangement with 1 day off during the week
