• Act as an administrator who manages and prepares documents related to management activities such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing reports, presentations, and communications on behalf of management.

• Maintain good communication between media (online and offline).
• Identify problems that could damage relationships with other business units or affect the outcome of projects and alert a supervisor with suggestions as to how to solve problems.
• Perform “damage control” in cases of bad publicity and actively manage risk mitigation strategy.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relation, Communication, Mass Communication or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience working as Corporate Communication, Public Relation or related field.
• Knowledge and skills in mass media management, communication, and presentation.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
• Good leadership, man/team management, and responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Bahasa Indonesia or English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Willing to be placed in Medan BO.
• Experience in plantation companies and good understanding about agriculture is a plus point.

PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk, also known as Lonsum, is a plantation company in Indonesia founded in 1906 when Harrisons & Crosfield Plc, a general trading and plantation management services firm based in London, UK, started its first plantation in Indonesia near the city of Medan in North Sumatra. Lonsum’s principal activities are plant breeding, planting, harvesting, processing and the selling of palm products, rubber, oil palm seeds, cocoa, and tea.
