Responsible as personal assistant to General Manager / Director in term of Marketing and Operations.
Act as company representative with External Parties by representing and attending Management meeting with clients.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure completion of instruction, policy and regulation decided by General Manager / Director.
Assist in various internal and external general operations duties, marketing communication and related administrative tasks including agreements with clients, organizing files, preparing documents and handling correspondence with strict confidence.
Create, organize and ensure the Management meeting schedule is effective and well-organized resulting in minutes of meeting.
Organize office administrative needs and activities such as company events.
Have knowledge about marketing, general operations, public relations.
Goals in Sales Increase with creative plans of marketing and marketing communication.
Have good communication and presentation skills.
Detail oriented and multitasking.
Prepare routine weekly and monthly reports.
Maintain good and active relationship with General Manager / Director.
Requirements:
Age max 35 years old with attractive personality.
Able to maintain good and tidy appearance.
Bachelor degree in Communication / Public Relation / Business Administration or related field.
Min of 3 years working experience as Marketing, Marketing Communication, Assistant Operation Manager, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or in similar roles.
Fluent in Mandarin (preferred).
Sales & Marketing oriented with strong capabilities in Operations.
Exceptional organizational, communication, time-management and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), various social media platforms and other relevant tools.
Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Positive mindset, energetic, eager to grow in the profession, self-motivated and passionate.
Detail oriented, initiative, multitasking and high sense of responsibility.
Strong data analysis and logical thinking abilities.
Willing to work in Alam Sutera, Tangerang Selatan and travel occasionally.
