Plasma Unit Assistant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plasma Staff at PT. PP London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk. The role involves managing relationships with stakeholders and communities, coordinating plasma-related activities, and supporting the sustainability efforts in the oil palm and rubber plantation industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relation, Agronomy, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience working as Plasma Assistant or in Public Relations
• Experience working in the oil palm or rubber plantation industries is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in stakeholder and community management
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in the agriculture industry
• Ability to coordinate and organize plasma-related activities
• Excellent skills in MS Office
• Good leadership, team management, and responsibility
• Willing to be placed in all company business units (Sumatra, Kalimantan, Jawa, Sulawesi) based on candidate profile
• Willing to be relocated according to company needs
