Public Relation & KOL Senior Executive

Duties:
The PR & KOL Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining Everbest’s brand reputation through media relations, influencer partnerships, and public relations strategies. This role involves developing and executing PR campaigns, managing collaborations with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers, and ensuring positive brand exposure across digital and traditional media. The ideal candidate has strong networking skills, a deep understanding of influencer marketing, and experience in public relations within the fashion or lifestyle industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
2. Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and KOLs.
3. Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships for brand campaigns and product launches.
4. Monitor and manage brand mentions, press coverage, and media outreach efforts.
5. Create compelling press materials, including press releases, media kits, and brand stories.
6. Track and analyze PR & influencer campaign performance, ensuring high ROI and engagement.
7. Organize and coordinate media events, press conferences, and influencer activations.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging influencers.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or media relations (fashion/lifestyle industry preferred).
3. Strong network of media contacts, influencers, and KOLs in Indonesia.
4. Experience in managing end-to-end influencer campaigns and media partnerships.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
6. Proficiency in PR & influencer marketing tools (e.g., Meltwater, Traackr, or similar).
7. Strong analytical skills to measure PR effectiveness and campaign performance.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
