Description:
Responsibilities
- Create and execute initiatives to achieve revenue target.
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap along with input from cross-functional teams for IT Security Solutions & Services.
- Provide input to the product manager team regarding the development of new features and services required by customers.
- Accompany salespeople on their visits to prospects and clients if necessary to:
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations that require more in-depth or credible knowledge than the salesperson.
- Respond to technical questions about the product or related infrastructure for customers and other internal stakeholders.
- Conduct security assessments of the customer's IT environment.
- Design and implement security solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Carry out technical enablement for internal (sales, engineering, etc.) and external (partners, customers) teams regarding security products and solutions.
- Develop effective training and presentation materials.
- Ensure that the implementation of agreed security solutions runs smoothly and in accordance with established standards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the security solutions that have been implemented.
Requirements
Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Related Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of IT security, with a focus on implementing trusted security solutions. Experience in providing technical consulting and business development is a plus.
Skills:
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of various security solutions, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, DLP, and cloud security.
- Experience in conducting security assessments and penetration testing.
- Expertise in analyzing security logs and incidents.
Communication Skills: Have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to explain technical concepts to different audiences.
Presentation Skills: Have the ability to deliver interesting and informative presentations.
Customer Onboarding: Have a passion to provide the best service to customers.
Additional Skill Advantages:
- Experience in a relevant industry (e.g., banking, finance, government, or e-commerce).
- Understanding of security frameworks such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Good English language skills.
- Certification: Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus.
