Role Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Change Project Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives within our client company. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, optimise processes, and drive the ongoing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support business transformation projects, ensuring they align with corporate strategy, timelines, and budgets.
2. Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define project goals and secure buy-in.
3. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
4. Develop and execute change management strategies for smooth adoption of new technologies and workflows.

1. Proven experience in project management, business transformation, or operational improvement within the energy sector or a related industry.
2. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
3. Track record of successfully managing large-scale transformation projects from inception to completion.
4. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills at the leadership team level.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
