Job Description:

  1. This role will be responsible for managing multiple energy projects throughout the UK. This person will have prior experience working on energy projects e.g., onshore wind, battery storage, substations, etc.
  2. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  3. Oversee contract management, risk assessment, and compliance with industry regulations.
  4. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project progression.
  5. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and company policies.

The Candidate:
  1. Applicants must have civil engineering experience and have worked on multiple engineering projects.
  2. A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
  3. Broad knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines is desirable.
  4. Ideally resides locally to the area (Bridgend, Cardiff, Newport, Swansea).
  5. SMSTS, CSCS, and Temporary Works Coordinator qualifications are advantageous.
  6. Strong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts.
  7. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  8. Experience in managing budgets, risk assessments, and project reporting.
