Engineering Project Manager (Manufacturing)
£70,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Pension
Huddersfield

Are you a Mechanical Engineer with experience of delivering projects from conception to delivery?

In this role you will be responsible for running multi-faceted projects from conception through to completion. Working as part of the engineering group, you will liaise closely with sales, production, purchasing, and the contracts team to deliver projects on time.

The Role:

• Understanding contracts with respect to the electrical and instrumentation scope of supply.
• Taking part in the tendering process.
• Preparing Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
• Working within the requirements of the ISO9001 and ISO3834 Quality System.
• Choosing skid electrical components based on project specifications and creating the BOM.
• Producing engineering documents such as Instrument List, IO list, Cable List, Interconnection diagram, Control Philosophy, Cause & Effect, and Logic Diagram.
• Delivering projects ranging from £500,000 to £6m in value.

The Person:

• Mechanical Engineering experience is essential, ideally in manufacturing.
• Experience of project delivery from scoping to delivery.
• Must live within 45 mins of Huddersfield.
