• Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory, managing, or coaching role.
• Independent & Self-Motivated: Ability to manage tasks without direct supervision.
• Strong Communication Skills: Confident in verbal and written communication. (English)
• Tech-Savvy: Familiar with social media platforms and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom).
• Creative & Goal-Oriented: Enjoys problem-solving and implementing innovative strategies.
