Paying Up To £28,000 Per Year, Depending On Experience.
Full-time, 8:00am 4:30pm.
Based in Birmingham (B8).
We are working with a Birmingham-based Transport and Haulage organisation who are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
We are seeking a candidate with strong customer service and administration experience, ideally within a Transport or Logistics environment.
- Taking all Transport booking details.
- Tracking and tracing freight and updating the freight status.
- Pre-advise of any deliveries or failed deliveries.
- Liaising with clients and partners via the phone, email and messaging via the internal system.
- Running reports.
- Resolving any queries.
- General administrative duties as required.
We are seeking a candidate with strong customer service experience, ideally within a Transport or Logistics organisation. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to handle and resolve queries in a timely and efficient manner.
