Salary: £53,000 - £85,000.
Contract type: This position is a Permanent contract.
Working pattern/flexible working: The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The team aims for around 1-2 days a week in the office to connect and additionally on a more ad-hoc basis to attend key meetings.
Location: This role is based at our Bracknell Head Office.
Interviews: ideally in person, likely to be week commencing 7th April.
Key responsibilities
- Supports the Customer Planning Lead on the prioritisation, timely development and holistic management of the Waitrose Customer plan for all parts of the business, ensuring the cross-functional plan translates into more detailed, functional delivery plans.
- Monitors and updates the plan, ensuring inflight changes are appropriately prioritised, agreed and communicated.
- To deliver clear critical paths for annual and seasonal planning that meet the timelines of stakeholders across the business.
- Ensure the planning, prioritisation process allocates appropriate marketing, customer resources to key activities, and that demand for marketing, channels, content & design support is managed.
- To work collaboratively with the wider customer team and across the business in developing the plan - ensuring that support for customer & business objectives is effectively prioritised and developed on time.
- To lead the communication of the Customer Communication plan to the wider business.
- Marketing Governance & Coordination: To provide central coordination in marketing to enable channels to efficiently deliver the Annual Operating Plan.
