Hays Software Engineering are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join an innovative subsidiary of a large Insurance business.

1. Develop effective, performant, and efficient code for creating new products and features, as well as refactoring existing and legacy code.
2. Design and implement code for both the front-end and back-end components of applications.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define software requirements that are fit for purpose, always prioritising the user experience.
4. Build infrastructure to swiftly identify and address production issues impacting users.

1. 2+ years experience in a relevant position delivering full software lifecycle.
2. Expert PHP knowledge.
3. Proficiency in CSS, HTML, JS, Rest API at an intermediate to advanced level.
4. Experience in software security would be preferred, but is not essential.
