6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to assess campaign performance, gather insights, and make data-driven improvements.
7. Trends and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, graphic designers, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive brand message.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in managing and growing social media accounts for businesses.
2. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
3. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
6. Data-driven with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
7. Strong project management and time management skills.
8. Graphic design and video editing skills (a plus).
