About The Job

We know that great video content cuts through the noise, drives action, and delivers serious marketing impact — and we’re looking for someone who can make that happen.

As our new Multimedia Producer, you’ll take the lead on creating high-quality video and photography that brings our commercial services to life — from leisure and fitness to recycling, as well as telling great stories for an internal audience. You’ll plan, shoot, and edit content that fuels campaigns, promotes services, and captures the energy of our people and places.

If you’re creative, commercially minded, and confident behind both the camera and the edit suite — we’d love to see your work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, capture, and edit high-quality photography and video content to support internal communications, marketing campaigns, and commercial promotions across the Lampton Group.
  • Deliver content that drives measurable results — including increased web traffic, social media engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to interpret briefs, shape content ideas, and produce visuals that align with brand tone, audience needs, and campaign goals.
  • Manage the full content production process — from pre-production planning and on-site shooting to post-production editing and final delivery.
  • Optimise content for digital channels, ensuring formats, aspect ratios, and creative choices are tailored to platform performance (e.g. Instagram Reels, YouTube, websites).
  • Maintain an organised asset library and ensure all content produced meets brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and quality expectations.

Experience And Qualifications Required

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Film Production, Media, Photography, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing photography and video work across digital channels (social media, websites, campaigns) which has led to strong conversion rates.
  • Experience of producing and editing video content for online audiences that increases conversions — e.g. through website landing pages, social media campaigns, or paid advertising.
  • Experience using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci software, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop or similar.
  • Experience using Canon cameras for photography and videography is essential.
  • Proven experience creating visual content that supports marketing objectives, drives engagement, and contributes to lead generation or sales.
  • Experience working with marketing teams to interpret briefs, understand target audiences, and translate messages into compelling visual stories.
  • Background in delivering content for digital platforms with a clear understanding of optimisation for reach, retention, and click-through rates.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, commercially driven environments where content needs to perform — not just look good.
  • Previous work that includes promotional campaigns, customer testimonials, event coverage, or product/service showcases.
  • Experience using analytics or campaign feedback to inform content strategy and refine creative output for stronger results.
  • Ideally, experience working in-house or in an agency supporting B2C and B2B services.
  • Experience working within the leisure/fitness ecosystem would be beneficial.

Due to the needs of the business and the department, we may interview suitable candidates before the closing date. This job may also close early if a large number of applications are received. You are advised to submit your application as early as possible to avoid missing your chance to apply.

Diversity, equity and inclusion are at the heart of what we value as an organisation. Lampton Group is an equal opportunities employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability or any other status protected by law.
