As a CRO & Data Analyst, you will play a dual role in enhancing both website performance and data-driven decision-making across the business. In the CRO capacity, you will analyze user behavior, implement optimizations, and execute A/B tests to improve user experience and conversion rates. In the Data Analyst role, you will support Paid Marketing, Marketplaces, and E-commerce teams with advanced data analysis, leveraging Google BigQuery, SQL, and Looker to extract insights and optimize digital performance.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles, and expertise in handling large datasets to uncover trends and drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

CRO & Website Optimization:

  • Analyze user behavior and website data to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and user experience.
  • Design, execute, and monitor A/B tests and multivariate experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize the site.
  • Work closely with development teams to implement CRO changes, from wireframing and testing to monitoring outcomes.
  • Track and report on CRO initiatives, showing impact on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending next steps.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using Google BigQuery and SQL to uncover trends and insights.
  • Support digital marketing teams (Paid, Marketplaces, and E-commerce) with performance data analysis, identifying ways to optimize campaigns and maximize revenue.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Google Looker to provide real-time business insights.
  • Conduct ad-hoc deep dive analyses, working with cross-functional teams to answer complex business questions with data.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity, and consistency across departments.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in CRO, data analytics, or digital marketing analytics roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Google BigQuery and SQL to query and analyze large datasets.
  • Experience in Google Looker (Looker Studio) for building dashboards and visualizing insights.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing platforms (e.g., AB Tasty, Google Optimize).
  • Deep understanding of CRO principles, user experience best practices, and digital performance optimization.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with paid media, marketplaces, or digital marketing analytics is a plus.
  • Highly organized, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Why Join Us?

This role is ideal for a data-driven, analytical thinker who is passionate about improving digital experiences and business performance.
