Job summary
A leading consulting firm is seeking a Workday Organizational Change and Training Consultant to drive successful adoption of Workday Financials solutions. You will be responsible for developing change management strategies, delivering training programs, and engaging clients throughout the transformation process. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in change management and training methodologies. The role allows for national and international travel as needed, and the firm fosters a collaborative work environment.
