What's in it for you? We are looking for a Game Producer to take Twist our Game Design Studio to the next level. You will be very hands-on in the end-to-end game production of our slot games, working on anything from game mechanics to providing analysis and market insights of game trends, to inform our decisions going forward with the overall aim of ensuring the team delivers these fun slot games to the market!

Your role with us : Your mission is to act as our Slots Game Producer and be at the forefront of conceptualizing, developing, and delivering high-quality slot games for our Twist Gaming brand. You'll be responsible for delivering games to the phased roadmap working closely with a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and mathematicians to bring exciting new games to life.

What you will do :

1. Lead the end-to-end production of slot games, from concept to launch
2. Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative game features and mechanics
3. Work with mathematicians to balance game volatility and ensure engaging gameplay
4. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
5. Research industry trends, analyze market data, and gather player feedback to inform game design decisions
6. Ensure games meet regulatory requirements and industry standards
7. Coordinate with marketing teams to promote new game releases
8. Plan game development roadmaps and track workflow team scheduling
9. Produce and maintain clear and concise game design documentation
10. Continuously communicate game functionality and updates
11. Create clear paths for departments to maintain progress on development schedules
12. Work towards resolving issues that may arise with diverse teams
13. Ensure project milestones are achieved throughout game development phases

What you will bring :

1. 5+ years of experience in game production, preferably in the casino or slots gaming industry
2. Strong understanding of slot game mechanics and mathematics
3. Excellent project management and communication skills
4. Creativity and passion for developing innovative gaming experiences
5. Familiarity with gaming regulations and compliance requirements

Bonus points if you also have :

1. A solid track record of producing high-performing slot games.
2. Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous.
3. Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Monday.
