We are seeking an Event Operations Supervisor to oversee one of our client's flagship venues. This role will involve managing all operational aspects of events, with a key focus on data-driven decision-making, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to operational processes and high-quality standards.

As an Event Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating every stage of the event process, from initial planning and preparation to event execution and post-event analysis. A hands-on approach is essential as you'll need to be present on-site during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

1. Lead day-to-day site operations across event set-up, live delivery, and breakdown.
2. Manage and motivate on-site teams to deliver high standards.
3. Oversee stock, equipment, and logistics at event sites.
4. Solve problems under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
5. Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures.
6. Collaborate closely with internal planning, staffing, and logistics teams.

1. Experience in event operations, logistics, or a similar hands-on supervisory role.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Highly organised and detail-focused.
4. Calm under pressure with a solutions-first mindset.
5. Confident using basic admin tools like spreadsheets and scheduling systems.
