If you join Bright, you’ll be joining a small, welcoming team with sustainability and social responsibility at our heart especially within our local community. We’re a proud B Corp, isla Member and Corporate Charity Partner for Caring in Bristol – an organisation supporting people experiencing homelessness in Bristol.

We understand and support the benefit of working from home but equally value face to face time in the office so this is initially an office based role, but you will have the opportunity to move to hybrid once you’ve settled in.

As events demand, you will be expected to work onsite, which will include long days, nights away and occasionally a weekend for which you’ll be compensated with time in lieu and an ‘overnight’ payment for nights spent away from home.
