Conveyancing Assistant - New Homes Team - Bristol
Location: Bristol
Salary: £28,000

The firm is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join its New Homes team in Bristol. * Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm working hours.

As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will support fee earners in the New Homes team with the following:
* Assisting in handling new build transactions from instruction to completion.
* Preparing draft contracts, legal documents, and managing post-completion work.
* Liaising with developers, clients, solicitors, and lenders to ensure a smooth process.
* Conducting AML checks and managing case files using modern case management systems.
* Supporting with Help to Buy, shared ownership, and mortgage-related processes.

The successful candidate will:
* Have experience in residential conveyancing, ideally with new build transactions.
* Be highly organised and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Have excellent communication and client care skills.
* Be familiar with case management systems and digital conveyancing processes.
* Thrive in a supportive and collaborative team with a proactive approach.
