Job Title: Commercial Property Legal Assistant
Location: Lichfield (Office-Based)
Salary: 23,500 - 26,000 (depending on experience)

We are working with a reputable law firm in Lichfield who are looking for a talented Commercial Property Legal Assistant to join their growing team. If you have at least 6 months' experience working on Commercial Property files and are looking to develop your career within a supportive environment, this is a fantastic opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supporting fee earners with Commercial Property matters.
2. Handling property transactions, leases, and related documentation.
3. Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
4. Liaising with clients, third parties, and internal teams.
5. Maintaining files and assisting with case management.

Skills & Experience Required:

1. A minimum of 6 months' exposure to Commercial Property files is essential.
2. Strong administrative and organisational skills.
3. Ability to manage your time effectively and work under pressure.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Proactive and keen to take on new challenges.

Additional Information:
