A dynamic global agency in England seeks a Head of Business Development (Entertainment) to lead its commercial growth strategy. This senior role involves crafting strategies for live events, sponsorships, and brand partnerships. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in business development within the entertainment sector, demonstrating a proven track record of securing high-value deals and exceptional negotiation skills. The Head of Business Development (Entertainment) will lead the commercial growth strategy across our entertainment portfolio – spanning live events, festivals, cultural experiences, and brand activations. This senior role combines strategic foresight with creative and commercial expertise. You will identify and secure new opportunities, forge high‑value partnerships, and drive revenue growth across the entertainment portfolio, positioning us at the forefront of global entertainment innovation.
The role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, analytical expertise, and deal execution capabilities.
