As a part of Hasbro Entertainment, the Digital Distribution team widens brand engagement and exposure of the world’s best IPs created by Hasbro on digital platforms, maximizes revenue opportunities, and unlocks brand potential through branded entertainment and play experiences. Reporting to the SVP, Digital Distribution, the Senior Manager, Digital and Entertainment Analytics will play a key role in growing our brands’ footprint across ad-funded platforms (OTT, CTV, Social, FAST…) and informing our strategy/priorities across the Entertainment division.
The Senior Manager, Digital and Entertainment Analytics will be responsible for developing and curating the Digital and Entertainment-related data and the analytics practice. They will measure how much attention our digital network and entertainment business captures and determine how to maximize it. They will also quantify the links between captured attention and toy-purchasing behavior. The quantitative, data-driven nature of the work thus means they will need to curate a sub-petabyte scale data ecosystem that combines information from dozens of diverse sources, transforms it into digestible forms, and presents that data to a range of consumers. They will have the backing of an engineering team and outside resources to do this but will need sufficient technical knowledge to direct those resources and perform high-level manipulation themselves using SQL in addition to authoring dashboards in common BI tools.
