A leading civil engineering contractor in the United Kingdom is seeking a Commercial Manager to join their leadership team. This strategic role entails managing a Quantity Surveying team for projects valued at £60M annually, including sub-station builds and cable routing. The ideal candidate will possess experience from Tier 1 contractors and NEC projects. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential. This position is available immediately, offering a pathway to future leadership as Divisional Commercial Director.
Due to several significant and successful tenders within the Energy sector, a tier 1 civil engineering contractor has an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join their leadership team. This is a strategic role, and it is expected that the appointed Commercial Manager will form part of the organisation's succession plan to take over as Divisional Commercial Director in five years. The role of Commercial Manager will be to manage a Quantity Surveying team collectively responsible for the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects valued at £60M per annum. Working as part of a strategic partnership, schemes will include sub‑station builds and major cable routing projects across the region.
