• Resolving complex customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Understanding and balancing commercial needs with customer satisfaction.
• Building quick rapport with customers and third-party suppliers.
• Demonstrating curiosity by asking insightful questions and actively listening.
• Showing genuine care and empathy for our customers.
• Completing your induction and understanding our operations within three months.
• Introducing yourself to all customers in your portfolio.
• Categorising accounts according to our contact strategy.
• Managing accounts in arrears through to receivership within 12 months.
