Exciting Opportunity: Join ProCook as a Temporary Sales Advisor!

Are you passionate about kitchenware and keen to help customers find the best products for their culinary needs? ProCook is seeking a temporary sales advisor to join our team at Bury St Edmunds Store.

This is a 20hrs / week temporary position, with the possibility of becoming perm.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor at ProCook, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service and product knowledge to our customers. Your enthusiasm for cooking and kitchenware will enhance the shopping experience, ensuring that every customer feels valued and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs
2. Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently
4. Maintain a tidy and visually appealing store environment
5. Participate in training sessions and product knowledge workshops
6. Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed

Requirements
Qualifications:

1. Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
2. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
3. Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive store culture
4. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
5. Willingness to learn about our products and stay knowledgeable about kitchenware trends
6. Basic computer skills for processing transactions and inventory management
