This is a fantastic opportunity for any Motor Industry experienced and Management experienced individual to join a longstanding company that offers many routes for progression.

Responsibilities:

  • Help the team to work towards KPIs
  • Make sure all is compliant with regulations
  • Maintain a great working relationship between sales and aftersales
  • Lead the team of sales executives, keeping an eye on performance and metrics

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience managing within the motor trade or long-term sales in the motor trade.
  • Experience within a vehicle dealership
  • Full, valid UK driving licence
  • Experience with CRM programmes
  • Aware of finance and insurance offerings
  • Experience with new and used vehicles
