Role of Cruise Sales Executive:

1. Selling the full spectrum of cruise holidays
2. Offering advice and suggestions on cruise lines/ships/itineraries
3. Tailor making cruise holidays where required
4. Working to and achieving individual sales targets
5. Selling upgrades, add-ons and other ancillary products
6. Building rapport and lasting relationships to maximise repeat business

Skills required for the role:

1. Extensive cruise sales experience and a proven sales track record within the cruise sector - essential
2. Ability to tailor-make cruise & stay packages
3. Strong product knowledge across all cruise lines
4. Confident and engaging telephone manner
5. Outstanding customer service skills
6. Driven and motivated to work from home
