Job Title: Experienced Car Sales Executive

Location: Newbury

Our Client, a very Successful Dealer Group, is looking for an Experienced Car Sales Executive to join their team at their dealership based in the Newbury area.

Working Hours: 5 Day Week

Compensation: Base Salary plus commission giving a realistic OTE of £55,000 plus

Applicants will need to have a passion for sales and excellent face-to-face customer care skills. They are looking for someone who is currently a top performer and applicants will be expected to discuss and demonstrate at interview their ability in this area.

Exceptional customer service skills are essential as is a proactive approach and determination to sell cars.

Minimum Requirements:

Successful applicants must hold a full driving licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Duties will include:

1. Contacting interested parties and customers by telephone and in writing to generate Sales Leads.
2. Conducting face-to-face meetings and presenting both new and used cars.
3. Informing and advising visitors on vehicles, equipment, prices, conditions, technical data and other information.
4. Evaluating used cars and conducting appraisals of customers' vehicles.
5. Assessing the condition of Trade Ins and ensuring all defects/damage reported and recorded prior to a Part Exchange price being agreed.
6. Organising and carrying out test-drives and evaluating results.
7. Involvement in sales events.
8. Guaranteeing a professional level of product presentation (price marking, accessibility, cleanliness, etc).

Showroom Opening Hours:

8.00 - 18.30 Monday to Friday
9.00 - 17.00 Saturday
10.00 - 16.00 Sunday

Working Pattern:

Monday - Saturday with a day off in the week and Alternate Sundays on a rota
5 Day working Week
Attendance 42.5 hours per week
