This is a seasonal role until Sunday 9th November 2025. As a Customer Service Assistant (Arcade Host), you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring that they have as much fun as possible playing our games in the Arcade!

Person Specification:

• Great customer service and communication skills with a positive, outgoing personality
• Honest, reliable, and a responsible individual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to offer good availability on weekdays and weekends (including bank holidays)
• Ability to follow instructions and comply with all company standards
• Reliable transportation due to the location of the site
