A highly successful local Company requires an energetic Service Desk Assistant to join their happy and proactive team and provide a high level of customer service to clients based throughout the UK.Some of your duties will include:
Acting as first point of contact for clients who require maintenance support or emergency repairs
Ensuring a high level of service is provided to clients at all times and requirements managed efficiently
Co-ordinating planned maintenance requirements by scheduling work to be completed
Setting up emergency jobs to be completed on the computer system and preparing worksheets for Engineers
Allocating jobs to be completed to team of field based Service Engineers and preparing route plans
Tracking jobs being completed from instigation stage through to successful completion
