IMPACT is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. We are in need of a hungry, get it done, not scared of anything, confident sales assistant who can help execute our marketing and sales efforts.

What Will I Be Doing?

You will be finding and contacting prospective customers and contacting them by phone to set up appointments for our sales team. You will keep the CRM system up to date by adding, updating, and deleting records based on your research and all the calls you make. You will also be doing follow-up calls to prospective customers and customers for campaigns sent out and to get people to sign up for webinars and seminars being hosted.

  • Research, target and open new prospective client opportunities.
  • Calling on Prospective Customers to Set Appointments.
  • Follow Up Calls with Prospective Customers for Campaigns.
  • Follow Up Calls with Prospective Customers and Customers for Events, Webinars, and Seminars.
  • Finding and Adding Contacts and Companies to CRM.
  • Keeping CRM and Lists Up to Date with 100% Accurate Records.

Job Requirements

  • Loves talking with people and engaging with them, especially on the phone.
  • Top notch customer service and follow through.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • You need to use technology and know how to use a computer very well. This means you need to know how to use the internet, email, and enter data.
  • Ability to meet target metrics and KPIs consistently and show continuous improvement.
