Job Title: Commercial Specification Manager

Location: London

Job Description: Are you an experienced professional in the construction industry with a passion for sustainable building solutions? Our client is looking for a driven and dynamic individual to join their team as a Commercial Specification Manager.

In this role, you will focus on developing strong relationships with architects to ensure that our Balcony, Terrace, and Flooring solutions are specified for key projects. You will play a key role in supporting architects by providing expert advice and helping them identify the best products for their designs.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
2. Build and maintain a strong network of architects and industry professionals to promote our products and develop partnerships within the commercial construction sector.
3. Deliver and contribute to a library of CPDs, alongside attending workshops, conferences, webinars, and occasional evening networking events.
4. Serve as a primary point of contact for architects, responding to inquiries, providing product details, and assisting with selecting the best solutions for their projects.
5. Offer technical support during the specification and design phases to ensure our products align with project needs.
6. Keep up to date with industry trends, building regulations, and market developments to ensure our products remain relevant and innovative.
7. Work with the marketing team to create materials that effectively communicate the technical specifications of our building products.

Requirements:

1. Experience working with architects or within the commercial construction sector.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with architects.
3. Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
4. Ability to understand and interpret architectural plans and drawings.
5. A general interest in sustainability and the built environment, with a focus on helping architects achieve their design goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £50,000.00 – £55,000.00 per year
