A highly reputable and well-established Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) in Havering is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Class Teacher to join their permanent staff list. About the Role:

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning, maintaining high expectations for all pupils.
• Plan, prepare, and assess lessons effectively, ensuring that the needs of all learners are met.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Work closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the learning experience for all pupils.
• Contribute to the wider school life and uphold the ethos and values of the MAT.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have relevant teaching experience within a primary setting.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Have excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire pupils.
• Be a reflective practitioner who is committed to continuous professional development.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
• Be proactive, flexible, and eager to contribute positively to the school’s learning environment.
