Residential Property Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Kent, £65,000 - £75,000 (DOE) – Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking for a new opportunity with a Top 50 law firm? If so, you do not want to miss out on this new role. JOB REF: 8903.

This Top 50 law firm is looking to grow their residential property team through the appointment of a skilled and talented Residential Property Solicitor.

1. Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years of experience dealing with the broad spectrum of residential property including complex and high-end matters.
2. Acting on all types of residential property transactions, the appointed Residential Property Solicitor will be expected to advise on the whole conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion on behalf of a diverse client base.
3. Previous experience of supervising more junior members would be advantageous.
4. You will be responsible for building and developing the residential property offerings in the Kent market.
