Job Overview
We’re looking for a Digital Account Director to join our team and where you will be instrumental in running one of the UK’s largest retail banks; you will be working in a team that also covers Retail, FMCG and Leisure clients.
You will be responsible for ensuring the agreed strategy is implemented operationally and ensure delivery across paid social, online display/video and programmatic for some of EssenceMediacom UK’s largest and most prestigious direct response clients, where you’ll have exposure to clients, media owners and creative agencies.

Ensure the delivery of successful media campaigns for your clients, seeing clients being stretched in their thinking and seeing progression in your direct reports through the training and support you have given them.
What would you expect to achieve in the first 3 months?
Establish yourself as the senior day-to-day contact on your accounts. You will have developed a strong working relationship with the team, ensuring that junior members of the team feel supported and are delivering a high standard of work to clients.
