We are looking for an experienced Email Marketer to join our Email Marketing team.

As Associate Email Marketing Account Director, you will be responsible and accountable for the success and delivery of Visualsoft's Email Marketing service. You will own a portfolio of Email Marketing clients and become the go-to key relationship stakeholder for Email Marketing. Relationships and client centricity are key as your key objective is to grow your portfolio's return ensuring the Email Marketing product/service is innovative, efficient and delivered to the highest possible quality.

The Associate Email Marketing Account Director will play a pivotal role in driving client success through effective email marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on utilising Klaviyo. This role concentrates on the execution, optimisation, and analysis of email campaigns while building robust client relationships and contributing to the overall growth of the email marketing service. You will work closely with senior team members, learning and developing your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Email Campaign Management:

  1. Execute and manage email campaigns within Klaviyo, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  2. Implement segmentation and personalisation strategies to improve campaign performance.
  3. Monitor and analyse email campaign metrics, providing regular performance reports and insights.
  4. Implement A/B tests to improve campaign results.

Klaviyo Experience (desired):

  1. Utilise Klaviyo's features and functionalities to optimise email marketing performance.
  2. Stay up-to-date with Klaviyo updates and best practices.
  3. Contribute to the development of Klaviyo-focused strategies and initiatives.

Client Communication & Relationship Building:

  1. Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing enquiries.
  2. Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and collaboration.
  3. Assist in client meetings and presentations, contributing to strategic discussions.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  1. Generate and analyse email marketing performance reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  3. Work with senior team members to report on client NPS and CSAT.

Process Improvement & Documentation:

  1. Contribute to the development and maintenance of email marketing processes and documentation.
  2. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.

Growth & Development:

  1. Actively seek opportunities to learn and develop email marketing skills.
  2. Collaborate with senior team members on strategic projects.
  3. Contribute to the development of new email marketing strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

Essential

  1. Extensive proven experience on either agency or client-side specialising in Email Marketing
  2. Extensive experience in Email Marketing Management
  3. Proven expertise in external Email Marketing platforms and tools, analytics, forecasting and measurement
  4. Experience in building and executing Email Marketing strategies, whether in-house or for clients
  5. Working to tight deadlines as a team and as an individual
  6. Client-facing experience at a senior level
  7. Client meeting experience and proven strategy presentation skills
  8. Analytical and data-driven

Desirable

  1. Experience in eCommerce
  2. Experience using an established ESP (Attentive, Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
  3. Experience in other digital media channels
  4. Google Data Studio
  5. Attribution
  6. Google Tag Manager
