Job Description:

You will join a global consulting, transformation and digital services business who are driving innovative solutions daily. They partner with clients to provide insight and to deliver cutting-edge technologies. Due to growth, the team is looking for an Account Director with DB pensions experience to create, partner, and develop DB pensions accounts. You will be responsible for strategic engagement throughout the sales lifecycle and for identifying and developing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Roles and responsibilities include:

• Delivery of agreed client and contractual expectations and obligations
• Support client strategy ensuring all clients have account plans
• Maximise opportunities for upsell and cross-sell across client portfolios
• Ensure management and delivery of services to clients is supplied effectively and efficiently and ensure propositions grow with these clients.

Skills/Experience needed:

• Experienced Account Director with DB pensions experience
• Full understanding of the sales lifecycle
• Experience working on a portfolio of accounts
• Experience up-selling and cross-selling
• Good understanding of pricing models to ensure revenue growth
