Location: Tower Hamlets (Near Mile End Station)
Position: Learning Support Assistant
Salary: £85 - £100 per day
Contract: Full-time, Long-term

Learning Support Assistant - The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils who need extra help.
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement learning strategies.
  • Support pupils with SEN, speech & language difficulties, and social development.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with classroom activities and behaviour management.
