Under the guidance of the Senior Support Worker, your role will involve providing practical & emotional support to adults with various mental health conditions. You’ll be working within our accommodation-based services in Milton Keynes, with a small group of adults who either live on their own with 1:1 staff support or in a small group setting.

You’ll make a huge difference to our client’s life by aiding them in basic duties, including:

  • Supporting the client to access & engage in their local community
  • Accompanying them to appointments, on walks, activity programs etc.
  • Budgeting
  • Enhancing living skills e.g. cleaning, laundry, setting goals
  • Providing an evening meal from a set menu

We have a range of shifts available, such as days, nights, weekends, weekdays, etc. and we’ll try to provide you with a rota that suits you and your existing lifestyle.

All that we require from you is that you are flexible & adaptable, with some understanding of mental health & learning disabilities. It is preferred that you have experience working in a social care setting, but we are considering those with no experience but who share our values.
