Base pay range

Our client is seeking an experienced Major & Complex Loss Adjuster to manage High Net Worth, Major Loss, and complex claims, including escape of oil. This remote/home-based role requires a proactive and efficient approach to claims management while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and resolve complex property claims efficiently.
  2. Ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
  3. Produce high-quality, technically accurate reports.
  4. Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  5. Apply expert knowledge of policy cover, building defects, and restoration processes.
  6. Utilise advanced negotiation skills to achieve optimal settlements.

Requirements:
